All sales are final.

However, we understand that things happen during shipment, and sometimes our carriers aren’t as gentle handling packages. If at all your candle or vessel is chipped, broken or shattered, please let us know, and we will gladly replace it for you in a timely manner. 

We hope that your package makes it to you safe and sound! 

Please Note: We do not refund for orders that are delayed, lost, or stolen through the fault of the mail carrier.
